Hammer, Juicer Enforcer
Devon "Hammer" Walsh is a male human, average height, with short black hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. His typical clothing is an oversized trench coat over juicer armor. He often wears mirrored sunglasses - even indoors - to hide his eyes and intentions from potential threats, and to make himself look more intimidating.
Hammer is a Juicer enforcer for a local crime lord. While Devon himself is not evil, he ends up doing some fairly distasteful things because of his employer, which sponsered his juicer conversion after Devon's family was killed in a monster attack. CS troops were slow to respond to the incident, and as a result Devon has a strong hatred of the CS. Devon has been a juicer for a little over a year, and has come to embrace his shortened lifespan. In his mind, he will get his revenge on some of the monsters that killed his family, make a bunch of money, and then get himself killed doing something heroic before he "checks out."
